Onsite Energy AuditsOur EnergyScore™ Energy Audits are the best way to evaluate the energy performance and identify energy losses of a building. Typically a full onsite energy audit will save 20% in energy costs and pay for itself thru energy savings and enhanced comfort. We are BPI (Building Performance Institute) certified as Building Analysts and Building Envelope Professionals. We are Delaware Energy Auditors but offer audits in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland and work with all those state's programs rebate and funding programs. We anticipate working with the Home Star program as well when it is implemented later this year. Audits are preformed by seasoned professionals with decades of construction experience and include a written report identifying and prioritizing the repairs or improvements that need to be done to improve the properties energy efficiency. Online Energy AuditsWe offer two types of Online Energy Audits; a Free QuickScore Energy Audit & the substantially more comprehensive EnergyScore™ Online Energy Audit. The Free QuickScore Online Energy Audit is a basic yet Free Online Energy Audit that will evaluate information and determine energy consumption. This energy consumption and building efficiency are then compared to building of similar size, location and occupancy. Although free, quick and easy it will provide rough information on how your building compares to others. But by nature that information is only a relative comparison to other buildings. The specifics of what systems or areas need attention come from our EnergyScore™ Online Energy Audit.
